With a team of Engineers, I have completed MEP works in various projects in Muscat, Oman. One of the projects I have managed is the Renovation of Al Bustan Palace Hotel, a well known Five Star hotel. We have done the renovation of the Hotel, without much disturbance to the running hotel. The MEP works executed to the satisfaction of the Client and Consultants. The Renovation completed within a period of one year. More than 90% payment of the project collected during execution.

Manage a team of engineers and technical staff to execute LV and MV works of the Electrical department in completing various turnkey projects on time, in coordination with other departments. All electrical works are executed in accordance with local and international rules, regulations and norms; to the satisfaction of Consultants and Clients.

Technical coordination with consultant for materials, drawings, testing, commissioning, for FHO (Final Handing Over)

Responsibilities include coordinate with various departments to collect data for O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals, prepare/arrange/coordinate to prepare Testing & Commissioning procedure, forms for all Electro-Mechanical activities in the KSAUHS (King Saud Abdulrahman University of Health Sciences Project).

Currently assisting Project Manager in technical, planning & execution in Princess Noura University for Women in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is for 40,000 female students with Nursersary to Medical Colleges; housing facilties for students & staff with 12 kM metro rail network (called APM - Automatic People Mover) spanning 8,000,000 sq. m.

Review design drawings, review & comment to ensure compliance with specifications, contractual compliance, local & international standards compliance of shop drawings & material submittals by contractors, coordinate with DEWA for design issues, ensure accurateness of shop drawing (by Sub-Contractor) submission to DEWA, Guide a team of engineers to do site inspections of installation of various services (Electrical, Low Current, Safety, Security, Fire Alarm, BMS). Coordinate with all related services like Mechanical, BMS, Civil, Structural, Architecture.

Site Resident Electrical Engineer responsible for reviewing design, shop drawings, material submittals, site inspections for major installations, witnessing & confirming factory testing of major equipment like generators, panelboards, etc., witnessing site testing & commissioning of installations, attending meetings with client, contractors & other consultants.
