As a Divisional Manager, my responsibilities includes creating awareness of smartclass in the Education domain & smooth functioning of smartclass (Educomp product), proper reporting from our representative in the school, ensure that the teachers are able to use smartclass effortlessly, developing excellent professional PR with school (client) authorities.I have made a need for every school to use technology & have booked business more than Rs.200crores. I am accountable of conducting seminars in all the districts & dealing with chain of schools for smartclass program. In charge of ensuring training, operations, relationship building, payment collection, and documentation support to all Smart class schools.I am also responsible for the smooth functioning of sales and ASG & in charge of taking care of sales and collections simultaneously. I am also promoted as Divisional Manager in 6 years and I have also signed the largest Chain Group of schools of AP.

I was responsible to coordinate with the Publishing department and circulation department on a regular basis and I also set up a strong base in the MFRS segment. I have implemented marketing policy and expense control for the area and was accountable for sales forecasting. I have identified strong segments for revenue generation for the Directories.I had increased sales by 100% by introducing special segments for GETIT and was promoted to Sr. Sales within a span of 6 Months.
