It helps an Organization to achieve sales targets and the whole sales process can be managed by it. This includes coordination of different modules, which are vital in keeping centralized customer data, managing contacts, sales leads, proposals, and activities. Additionally, it enables the sales person to access the classified and the organized data for faster and effective decision-making process. iCan service portal enables an organization to effectively manage and control its post sales services. A range of reports can be created to track the performance of sales and service or for doing any analysis with the data available in the system. The flexibility of a single log-on that eliminates the need for multiple usernames and passwords and helps enforce strong password and authentication policies. There are four modules in this project i.e. Administrator, Polling officer, Candidate and Citizen (voter). The administrator in this project has got the right to control the voting procedure and he/she also verifies the candidate after the candidate registers himself/herself in front of the polling officer. Polling officer also verifies the voter. All the authenticate user can interact online. Candidate can send the advertisement request and also the suggestions or complaints to the administrator. Citizen can cast their vote at the citizen’s login page.
