This is predominantly in the discipline of asset management mostly in the public sector’s road infrastructure environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. I have successfully developed effective asset management strategies and whole-of-life solutions which align with the organisation's values. As an Asset Manager I am responsible for the management of the asset risks and make informed decisions that are taken with due consideration to the organisation’s reputation.I achieve results by motivating and inspiring staff to develop their capability and potential, and providing direction by communicating goals and success measures.
