• Responsible for overall CRM and Back Office operations (Post Sales) of Jaipur , Rudrapur , Bhatinda , Yamunanagar and Ludhiana Regions• Heading multiple teams with varying members’ strength involved in Customer Care and Back-Office operations of various Residential/Commercial Projects with a base of over 10000 Customers.• Co-ordination with Project/Commercial Heads for finalising various strategies for overall Customer Satisfaction • Regular interaction with Construction teams for prioritising the construction activities in terms of Project Status as well as resolution of various Consumer complaints related to construction quality matters• Setting Monthly Collection Targets and close monitoring of Targets and analysis thereof to further modify/alter the strategies. • Regular Site Visit and interaction with regional Staff/RWA for better Customer satisfaction • Regular Analysis of periodical MIS for Sales/Collection/Transfers • Dealing with Finance Department for timely availability of Bank NOC/PTM for the Bank Loan Cases• Interaction with Legal Team for various legal/consumer complaint cases

• Heading the team of 15 members involved in Customer Care and Back-Office operations of Residential Projects with a base of over 7000 Customers.• Co-ordination with Marketing and Project Department for raising Demand for various milestones assigned in payment plan for different projects.• Monitoring of Collections vis a vis Demand raised for different construction/development milestones.• Regular interaction/training of Front Executives for better Customer interaction. • Generation of periodical MIS for Sales/Collection/Transfers. • Supervising the Pre-Possession/Post-Possession activities of ready/ready to deliver projects.• Co-ordination with Accounts Department and Auditors for the finalisation of Accounts.• Dealing with Finance Department for timely availability of Bank NOC/PTM for the Bank Loan Cases.• Interaction with Legal Team for various legal/consumer complaint cases.
