Implementing Quality and Safety standards for productive form of works and execution complying with Project Specification, Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Inspection Checklist, and Engineering Standards and related International CodesMaterial receiving inspection fit-up inspection, welding surveillance, monitoring of welding activities as per approved ITP.Preparation of Request for Inspection (RFI) including day to day direct coordination with clients’ representative for the smooth execution and implementation of inspection activities. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting unacceptable materials.Issuing RFI for various inspection stages according to ITP.Fit up & Weld visual Inspection and reporting of piping weld joints for materials like CS, LTCS, SS, alloy Steel & Inconel of different sizes as per ASME B31.3 standard. Review completed punch list close-out prior to submission to client.To conduct and evaluate non-destructive testing (RT, MPT, PT and UT) of weld joints as per ASME Section VIII acceptance standards.Interpretation of RT films as per ASME Section VIII Acceptance Standards.Implementation of approved procedures (WPS & PQR) and maintaining quality records as per quality management system requirementsEvaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) chartsHardness of testing materials.Issue and close-out of generated Non-Conformance, Surveillance, and Quality Control Inspection Reports for the work deviation against specified drawing requirements of Installation.Prepare and compile inspection records.Good knowledge of P&ID diagrams and experience in conducting walkthrough.Incoming material inspection and material certificate review.
