Provide Development Support for the following SAP solutions :SAP Aerospace & Defense components : a) GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) b) MEB (Maintenance Event Builder), used for planning aircraft maintenance.Core R/3 PP-MRP (Material Requirements Planning).Responsibilities involve understanding, analyzing and debugging the customer issues reported and then providing the suitable functional, technical (like ABAP code corrections) solutions accordingly.Provide Go Live support (remote/on-site) as per the customer requirement.Understand the support processes, customer support contracts and related SLAs.Also interact with the different support organizations as and when required.As the solutions I support interacts with SAP ERP core modules, have a good understanding of Materials Management, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Project Systems and Plant Maintenance.
