Ensure to receive and register new client contact information before starting the business process.Ensure each and every diving enquiries received from clients are logged in ERP ( AX Dynamic 2012).Before quoting look for diving stock also check with branch offices over countries then call for supplier quote.Liaison with suppliers and ensures that information gained can be used to serve the best interests of the Client & our company.Accordingly prepare quote for client considering price, delivery and payment terms.Follow-up for order confirmation / PO from client & material ready status from suppliers.Ensure diving materials Purchased / Sold meets client’s requirement and applicable specifications.Interface with Service engineers / Diving Production Teams / Warehouse Manager as and when requiredFollow-up with diving production team to update ready status regularly.Coordinate & Follow-up for Cash on collection & Cash on Delivery or Advance Cheque procedures.Work in close contact with Purchase & logistics team to consolidate the deliveries and reduce cost of transport.Review shipping documents being send to clients.Follow-up with the store manager for getting items packed for delivery / exports.Reserve minimum stock control in warehouse & replenish on time.Coordinate with accounts department for advance payments, invoicing or billing issues.Follow-up with clients for Out Standing Payments.Facilitate pre-and post-award meetings with Suppliers / vendors & Clients.Provide weekly reports to Diving Manager on Open orders / Not Invoiced.Provide Monthly report to Diving Manager in regard to diving stock in hand.Keep updates of physical diving material receipt at warehouse on daily basis.

Ensure all purchase related enquires are handled looking at priority of the project.Floating enquires, make comparatives and getting it approved by project manager and placing orders.Follow up with overseas vendors for delivery as per schedule and lead time in International PO.Liaising with overseas vendor for maintaining a smooth delivery of materials from their ex-works to our warehouse.Keep a track of customs / public holidays for planning overseas shipment.Ensure duty free license are valid and have sufficient credit for importing materials.Review and process essentiality certificate in coordination to ONGC & DGH.Ensure & verify Import / Export documentation before forwarding to CHA.Review Air & Sea freight comparison & calculation for approval.Keep reducing freight and other expenses involved in imports & exports through freight consolidation and appropriate shipping method and payment term.Liaising closely with freight forwarders for pickup at origin & CHA for both Import and export activities.Inform store manager to plan & arrange the warehouse space ready for the delivery. Check if necessary staff / labour & cranes are available at the workshop to unload the delivery.Maintain a strong co-ordination / communication chain between the different division towards their overseas requirement and dispatch and delivery status.Update accurate information to the project team regarding arrival of material from overseas.To ensure project temporary imports are cleared and re-exported within specified time period.Steering initiatives for improving shipment and clearance procedure, as well as measures to curtail losses during transit of materials.Keep the ERP system updated on regular basis.Mobilization & Demobilization of Saturation Diving Systems & Air Diving Systems to Mumbai high & overseas.Ensure all documents are maintained and archived properly for future reference.To carryout vendor appraisal, development and vendor feedback.

Review and follow-up all overseas material inspection, consolidation, movement, & handover.Liaising with all overseas vendors, agents & freight forwarders for timely clearance & shipment.Prepare the container load plan and send it to the nominated Freight Forwarder to stuff the cargo accordingly.Ensure Import / Export documentation is processed in line with inspection reports.Maintain a strong communication chain between Inspection, merchandiser & procurement division towards their requirement on dispatch and delivery status.Keep the SCMS system updated on regular basis.Ensure updated documents are maintained and archived properly for future reference.Supervising codification of the material & vendor compliance.
