Partner with Engagement/s (F&A, SCM, Procurement, Reporting and Analytics); Responsible for fulfilment strategy and execution as per defined SLAsThe key responsibilities would include- • Requirement gathering.• Ensure approvals are in place• JD is clearly understood – Skills, subskills• Expectation setting with stakeholder on timelines• Explain workflow and process and Challenges• Plan fulfilment strategy. Provide Market Intelligence• Engage/ Liase with HRO, Agencies, RMG• Oversee HRO activities – Sourcing, scheduling, selection, follow-up, employee referrals• Complete HR Screening• Offer negotiation, approvals and offer rollout (ensure documents are available)• Plans for back-ups• Weekly reporting to stakeholders• Keep MIS team updated and reviews trackers to ensure changes are accommodated• Builds relationships with stakeholders.
