Responsible for delivering a wide range of IPVPN, WAN/Data and Voice services to various customers in the Transport & Government industry.This has also seen me involved with both project managed service rollouts as well as leading on BAU customer workbooks.Key responsibilities:• Responsible for managing the individual rollout of orders covering standalone voice lines (digital/analogue rail extensions and BT ISDN & PSTN lines) and various VPN/WAN products.• Performs scheduling and coordination of engineering visits with suppliers and internal implementation teams.• Escalates orders where necessary, applying appropriate pressure to suppliers - both internal and external to Level 3.• Provides quality assurance ensuring accuracy of order information and helping to address any discrepancies or customer required changes.• Being a key team player and being comfortable with utilising knowledge within the department and providing support to others where needed by sharing expertise of systems, processes and products.• Produces regular orderbook reports to each managed customer, ensuring a timely distribution and helping the customer to maintain an accurate account of affairs for the delivery of their in-flight services.• Using company-internal tools to effectively report and track delivery of services and report on progress with the incolved internal parties - key in ensuring that the company is able to track and calculate revenue as effectively as possible.
