• Analyse the AutoCAD drawings & get the actual scope of work.• Submitting tender documents by liaise with my team at its best representation.• Coordinate with client to send all the required technical documents and make sure all the documents are revised & meeting client’s requirements.• Compile technical & commercial proposals by liaise with my team & higher management.• Managing all aspects of seagoing personnel, ensuring that vessel is manned with qualified, certificated, medically fit, experienced seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements.• Part of a smooth mobilization & demobilization of team• Compilation of technical report on work done offshore by coordinating with tech superintendent on board• BIMCO Charter Party Agreement for chartered vessel.• Liaise with the local UAE clients for a better business relationship.• Coordinate with the client to full-fill their U/W requirements for their vessels.• Preparing commercial offers for the clients.• To compile a technical report on work done and submit to the client.• Updating the inventory of Marine equipment.• Payment follows up.
