Throughout my career, I've navigated challenges from foundational financial compliance to facilitating IPO listings, guided by my belief that 'God is in the detail'. My corporate journey started with WonderLa as a financial expert, and we established the first Amusement park in the state of Kerala and spread across many cities. Being a Compliance Specialist, I was elevated to the Parent Company, V Guard Industries Limited, for the Lifetime Assignment of IPO for the Company and played a catalyst role in Listing the company on NSE and BSE with a team of professionals, Merchant Bankers, and RTAs.As an entrepreneur, I've founded and led various ventures, including Directus, catering to the finance and compliance needs of businesses. However, recognizing the demand for a multi-disciplinary approach, I later co-founded BEQUIP, focusing on comprehensive financial solutions.At Q4 Accounting, we're driven by a shared vision to redefine success in the Accounting & Consulting Industry. In my role as Director, I'm dedicated to providing best-in-class solutions and prioritising customer-centric practices. Additionally, I serve as an investor in Gateway Partners Group (GPG) where we enable businesses to scale up Globally leveraging my expertise, connections across the globe. My leadership continues to shape the future direction of GPG, BEQUIP, and Q4 Accounting, giving me a unique vantage point in the industry, committed to empowering businesses to thrive in today's complex financial landscape.I've also created a niche in the Non-Banking Finance Sector where I've helped many big brands to acquire licenses, raise debt, provide funding advisory services, facilitate the transfer of management, and successfully guide promoters through exit strategies.
