In this role at Tata Trusts, wherein I was responsible in operationalize the organizational strategy with the key stakeholders by working closely with the CxO's of the organization. In addition, I have sharpened my project management skills by delivering projects including The Cancer Institute Program- Varanasi, Nutrition Program at Maharashtra and Irrigation Access programs in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka. In this role, I was responsible for creating a platform for provided nutritious food to 15000 underprivileged students in Maharashtra in order to elevate their under-nourishment status. Through Government advocacy and leverage I was successful in getting down operational budget per child by 30% and was successful in leveraging 200 M ( INR) p.a for 5 year period. I also led a program management team based out in Hubli- Dharward by framing programs that are community led for the farmers in Dharward, Hubli, Karnataka- India. This success enabled scaling up of the program for 5000 farmers , providing them with additional income and a 3rd crop in a year.Furthermore, I spearheaded flood relief team in 2016, made inroads to most affected areas of Tamil Nadu and provided access to safe drinking water and food for period 1-2 months. I successfully covered 5000 beneficiaries and worked in parched lands of Bundelkhand in UP to provide farm ponds before the beginning of rainy season. I helped team to cover 3000 farmers in a period of 60 days by building 20 farm ponds.

For Sri Sathya Sai Organization, I held accountability for the entire human capital workforce planning, technology, innovation, procurement, finance, logistics, pricing strategies through whole product life cycle across the Retail and F&B divisions constituting 600 M (INR) revenue.My vital role was to turn around in-house dairy unit by introducing innovation through bio-waste solution for savings on power and fuel bills. I created a low-cost food model for serving people with a high-quality meal. I fomented an e-currency platform on a pre-loaded card system to avoid tendering changeand implemented Tally ERP system across all 14 divisions.
