I serve a tier-1 insurer which uses Majesco Billing Product, in various roles of a product partner, subject matter expert and business process transformations.Under my leadership as a solution architect my team could successfully implement complex modules like daily summary trial balance reconciliation with general ledger. This was also the first implementation of daily summary trial balance reconciliation of commission for Majesco, I was instrumental in leading from start to end as a functional solution architect and supported the insurer in business transformation.Also led other major initiatives of integration of insurer Payment service with payment vendor and Majesco Product, Agency Billing. Continue to support the insurer as a Majesco partner, by maintaining defects and enhancements for the Majesco Product, across agile squads, business and operations teams, production support teams.

Conducted a two-week Billing blueprinting session for Majesco Billing application for a tier 1 insurer. The initial implementation was to utilize Majesco Billing for Billing & Payments for their greenfield line of products within the small commercial arena. As part of this initiative, they wanted to go-live with 10 key billing functions using a Minimum Viable Product approach (MVP), showcase a quick win on the Platform before rolling it out to across Commercial Insurance.This Majesco Billing application went live within record 14 weeks with two lines of business in 10 states. The system was accepted with over 99% pass rate in UAT. This was first implementation of Majesco Billing using Oracle AWS-RDS implementation, Docker Container platform and Single Sign-On with PingFederate. I served as Subject Matter Expert and functional solution architect working up the requirements with the insurer and briefing the developers and testers, driving all requirements from start to end.I also supported the insurer with next two phases of the MVP as a Subject Matter expert and functional solution architect and delivered major functionalities like recurring payments and refunds using third party vendor, general ledger, commissions. I was responsible for driving the requirements and business process transformation from start to end.

Implemented platform enhancements within complex Sales Compensation system in support of 50+ diverse compensation plans across 7 different Distribution Operations Channels for 20,000 Producers. I served as a subject matter expert within the Sales Compensation portfolio providing guidance and solution recommendations for all top priority business initiatives.Transitioned the Sales Compensation squads to the Agile methodology and assumed Product Ownership, working with various project stakeholders to define key priorities/strategies and maintain a strong level of customer trust and confidence.Lead a major upgrade initiative which involved extensive system testing and integration with various upstream and downstream systems connected to the Sales Compensation system. I played the role of both product owner and scrum master for this initiative.

This project involved an upgrade of the Majesco Policy, Claims and Billing Insurance Application and thereafter-implementing enhancements and data migration across Majesco Policy & Billing systems.I was responsible for gathering requirements from the customer and discussing requirement feasibility with the Solution Architects, creating SRDs and gap documents as part of the gap sessions, and transferring this information to development and QC teams. I was also involved in planning, analyzing, and facilitating the change requests from the customer.Lead a major EFT initiative which was a very complex change as a solution architect. It was completed on time with zero critical/high defects.
