- I was elected annually by the DAAGS membership as outlined in the DAAGS terms of reference.- I held the position of Financial Officer from May 1 to April 30.- I was responsible for maintaining the financial accounting records of DAAGS.- I planned and submitted a bi-annual financial report to AC Students’ Union.- I was responsible for the disbursement of DAAGS funds, held management of the bank card, and had the account signing authority.- I reported enrollment numbers to collect student fees.- I ensured that expected revenues were received and that expenditures were procured in an accountable manner.- I maintained stewardship for DAAGS funds in a manner that was accountable to the DAAGS membership.- I assisted with the planning and execution of all DAAGS activities and initiatives.- I organized and participated in the orientation of all new AC graduate students.- I served as the DAAGS representative on the Academic and Research Planning Committee. This committee was chaired and facilitated by the Associate Dean of Academics and discussed items brought forward by the various sub-committees.
