*Assist project Manager in checking of shop drawings, method statements, M&E fitting samples before submission to Architect, M&E Consultant engineer or Client approval.*Understand, comprehend architectural details and drawings and Ensure that only latest construction drawings are used*Supervise, update and monitor the work progress including that of Nominated sub Contractors *Raise RFI & RFA to Consultants and architect on discrepancies *To liaise with authorities for the commission of work *To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services*Attend site meeting as and when required*Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management / Project Manager

*Review and align M&E design drawings to Ensure compliance with specification and guidelines *Prepare combine services drawings and liaise with Consultants and client*Manage M&E sub-Contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval* Study , coordinate and supervise the M&E works with clients representatives, Consultants and sub contractor on technical matters *To Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings*To Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within Budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations*Attend and organise site meeting as and when required.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage M&E subcontractors work progress, shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions and approval.• Review M&E Drawings and advise on any under provisions and over provisions.• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.Also Designing of Electrical services for residential and commercial / industrial buildings buildings.Project Planning, coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning to related Electrical ServicesPreparation of design electrical shop drawings, construction and as-built drawingsPreparation of Variation Orders, coordination of material purchasing and deliveryAttend meetings with clients on site issuesPreparation of Variation Orders and costingQuantity SurveyorEstimation of quantity based on approved drawing.Liaise with suppliersAttend safety meetings

➢ Review Electrical drawings prior to site implementation➢ Reporting quality activities to the Project Director / Project Manager.➢ Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quality system➢ Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards, contracts, specifications➢ Liaise with the sub-contractors➢ Quantity material estimate.➢ Implementation of the project➢ Designing Main DB & Sub DB Design, Transformer & Generator, Cable Sizing➢ Managing tendering department pre and post tender activity.➢ Prepared and reviewed engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, circuit diagrams, and estimates for construction and maintenance projects.➢ Preparing change order due to change of specifications, drawings, Introduction of new items, Verbal instruction at site.➢ Following up with vendors for quotation.➢ Maintained effective working relationships with field crews, contractors, vendors.➢ Provide updated performance/progress report as required.➢ Perform all other duties as may be assigned.➢ Preparation of progress claim, Quotation, variation & certification for sub-contractors➢ Attend safety meetingsQuantity surveying as and when required
