IT Security Engineer – Operations.• Provide Run Operations support for Identity and Access platform, work on incidents/problem tickets/change tickets/Service Requests. Provide 24*7 on call support for critical incidents.• Responsible for managing and maintaining the operational health of IAM platform.• Responsible for management of information security strategy, solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements.• Performing incident troubleshooting (by working with other IT Teams if required), providing resolutions or workarounds to resolve customer incident, driving the resolution for single or multiple users.• For complex issues, coordinate with SME support and build team, to provide workaround/resolution for incidents/problems.
