Involved in 10 rounds of funding by equity, preference and Debt rounds. Successfully met 3 pre-funding due diligence exercises. Interacted with over 10 corporate shareholders on a regular basis for periodical reporting and investment documentation. Finalised acquisition of 5 businesses through acquihire, APA & BTA models . Also managed IFC and CAG audits besides 2 statutory and internal audits . Successfully implemented GST .

This was a VC funded organisation comprising of 2 units , one for Plantation for Bio-mass and the Other one for Production of Electricity using the bio-mass. I was involved in arranging the VC funding - Equity at the pre-production stage from Avishkaar Ventures, Mumbai and also Debt funding from another entity. I had completed the Audit of the 2 companies in co-ordination with BDO, the Auditing firm.

Half yearly Internal audit assignment at Port Said, Egypt for a chemical processing company of Sanmar Group Apr-May 2013, using SAP. Completed a 3 months project with HP & KPMG for the global accounts reconciliation and review for the finalisation of accounts with a team of 20 CAs.Associated with Mentoredge.com in mentoring young & budding entrepreneurs to shape their dreams and kick-start their start-up venture .•

In-charge of the Finance & Accounts of the group of 18 companies in the Pharma, Nutrition , Agri and Science & Innovation sectors. Attempted for an IPO and came upto the DRHP stage, but could not proceed further on account of the market situation.Managed very tight financial situation on account of the above and the delay in the revenue streams from the research sectors. E & Y were the statutory Auditors.

The first employee in India Office. Helped to set up this company in India in the Areas of Finance, Statutory, Admin , IT & HR 4 years back. Successfully transitioned all the Finance Process Outsourcing of the Parent Company at UK. Looking at inorganic growth to support the IT initiatives of the UK Organisation. Also overseeing the Marketing , Recruiting & Customer Services to the Parent company in UK . Recently opened up opportunities in the local market in India in the ITES sectors. Set up a 24*7 call centre operation for web chats. Participated in the bidding processes for one of the top 3 Indian IT companies for IT business outsourcing in the South-East Asia region.

Helped set up the Branch Office of Kyocera (Japan & USA) and then the Subsidiary company. Built up the funding by the ECB & Equity route. Developed the Accounting & Budgeting system in line with the System followed by the Parent co. in the USA.

Was among the first batch of employees of FTD , a Subsidiary of FTD Singapore. Set up the VLSI design Centre & Software Distribution Division. Later set up a BOT model for Avanti Corp, USA to set up a 200 seater Design Centre in Hyderabad. An aborted attempt at IPO due to the recession in the year 2000-01.
