• Lead process automation design /Reverse engineering team for global projects.• Designing and implementation of synchro part flow automation with AGV to reduce the manual process and cycle time.• Prepare design schedule and execute with project management• Conduct design review with supplier to finalize the concept and design• Purchase parts selection from various website like Misumi, SMC, Omron,NTN,Tsubaki moto, SEW etc.• 3D design/Reverse engineering of existing machines/concept from global plants.• Create 2D manufacturing drawing and prepare bill of material (BOM).• Design validation and in-depth QC .• Provide training for entire team for design standards, JIS standards, Selection of parts from various websites etc.

LLC, COMAU, HIROTEC, CLASSIC Co., )- for GM.Detailing done with reference to General Motors – North American Standards(NAAMS).Unigraphics-Nx integrated with GM toolkit(KBTD) is used.Making model correction or Suggestion to client if any concern arise.Good knowledge on NAAMS Standard of Locating Structure, PIN Selection, Shim & Spacer Library.Basic knowledge in LAYOUT Study, Bubble Chart Study, Weld gun Study, Ergonomic Check with Tool Handling.
