Qualified with Certified Safety Professional(CSP), NEBOSH International Diploma in OH&S - Level 6, a chartered member of IOSH, Fellowship member with IIRSM & health and safety practitioner, certified for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 lead auditor, active membership with IOSH and IIRSM, engineering & management background qualified HSE professional, total 23 years of work experience in the various industry with more than 19 years of work experience on HSE management system in the construction industry, i.e: Infrastructure, High rise buildings & airport construction.Successfully completed the various HSE & work-related training's and courses, i.e: IMS internal auditor training, OSHA 30hrs, Scaffolding inspector, first aider, PG diploma in industrial safety, Diploma in fire and safety, people-based safety (PBS), CISRS scaffold inspector training, Environmental principles, Level -3 HABC train the trainers &, etc...Experience in development and implementation project HSE plan, procedures, permit to work system, risk management, incident investigation, review of the method statement, HSE audit/inspection/tour, review of subcontractor HSE plan/procedure, and method statement.Maintaining HSE documents as per ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and conduct the internal audit within the organization.Good team player, leading the project HSE team(around more than 30no of HSE officer) and HSE management on the project. Develop and conduct the in-house training & workshops and identify & arrange the areas that need third-party/external training. Involved in developing corporate HSE documents.Reporting & record-keeping for the HSE department on a project basis.Liaise with the construction team, consultant, client, corporate HSE office, government & non-government agencies for HSE-related matters on a project basis.Sound knowledge of Qatar local regulations as per QCS and international regulations related to HSE.
