CurrentPSA Automobiles Pvt Ltd [Stellantis group] C3 / eC3 / C3 Aircross – Chennai (Sep 2019 ~ till date)Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. o Identify project resource requirements and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization for project execution.o Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and communicate project status, updates, risks, and issues effectively to ensure alignment and manage expectations.o Identify, monitor & manage potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project outcomes and develop risk mitigation strategies to address them throughout the project lifecycle o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively, ensuring that any changes are properly documented, evaluated, and approved. Mitigate the impact of changes on project objectives and deliverables.o Develop project budgets and track project expenses to ensure that expenditures remain within budgetary constraints. o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures as needed.o Monitor project performance against established metrics and KPIs. Generate regular progress reports and performance dashboards to provide visibility into project status and performanceo Facilitate project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and obtaining stakeholder acceptance. Ensure smooth transition and handover of project deliverables to relevant stakeholders or operational teams.o Identify lessons learned and best practices from completed projects and incorporate them into future project management processes. o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
