 Forecasting purchase quantity based on last quarter sales .  Placing the Purchase order with Local and international vendors depends on project requirements. Managing export/ import related activities such as co-ordinate with forwarder for freight and co-ordinate with CHA for customs clearance. Handling import related activities such as nomination of forwarding agents, import clearance, required import licenses, attending customs queries, etc.  Maintain the inventories and controlling of stores and 3rd party warehouse for distribution. Monthly and annual stock maintenance, applying FIFO.  Process the order management and issuing the Excise/Commercial invoice to customer. Co-ordinate the local transport agents and couriers for moving the material from our warehouse to customer location. Circulating MIS report to project Executive members. Updating the material/shipment tracking status to concern project sales persons.
