Contracts Manager
CurrentLeading the Contracts Team of 7 - 8 professionals in handling all the contracts for onshore and offshore operations at Dubai Petroleum; key functions include:- provide governance oversight in managing tender and contract administration related activities, fully in compliance with company procedures;- align the contracting strategy for all services and construction projects to key deliverable and objectives of the company;- ensure business continuity from contract perspective;- define contracting standards inline with international norms and negotiate critical contractual exceptions to ensure that business risks at mitigated;- mentor the team and enhance skills for career progression;- report on Key Performance Indicators and develop long term strategy for improving contracting processes.
