Predigle has rapidly expanded, offering a multitude of products and services while serving as the foundational entity for the entire Esper Group of companies.Prior to this, Vijay served as the Senior Vice President at GalaxE Group. He led a large Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and was a member of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for the growth of large healthcare client accounts with strategic and operational oversight for all services delivered.Vijay’s expertise in creating and supporting digital solutions to drive revenue and profitability is rooted in his focus on collaboration, subject matter expertise, and a technology-agnostic approach to solutions. His responsibilities included planning and implementing enterprise systems within his SBU to support business operations, improving cost transparency and effectiveness, service quality, and business performance.
