I have assumed the role of Academic and Operations Head at Electi. Electi is India's first school management company that assists in end to end school operations. My senior position at Electi includes but not limited to the following;1. Coordinate the teams in multiple locations and assist in the academic administration process. 2. Assist schools in hiring and SoP implementation in individual schools. 3. Help in setting up day-to-day operations in individual schools and monitor top-line communication flows with central office to allow smooth functioning.4. Handle core academic implementation in all Electi Managed schools. 5. Coordinate operations with the academic, non-academic, and admin teams and report to senior management and school owners in events planning and core academic planning.
