As an associate with an overall experience of more than four years working for US-based clients, handling customers and solving issues is what I have been doing till now. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills primarily in problem solving, communications, decision-making, and customer success. As a creative and strategic thinker, I always tend to learn new skills, which brought me to the process of product management. So I am looking forward to pursuing my career as a product manager, as the skills required for a PM are what I have been working on and interested in all these days.
