Bite Catering Couture is my wife's Los Angeles-based catering business, which is focused on bringing couture catering to events! Our food is (and events are) designed thoughtfully, crafted lovingly, and presented beautifully!We're based in a 6000 sq ft catering facility off the 10 freeway and Robertson near Culver City.We've been featured on the Food Network and clients include Neda Mashouf (formerly of Bebe), Kenneth Cole, Judith Leiber, Jim Berkus (UTA), Christine Devine (Fox 11 News), Tim Allen, Teen Vogue, Sephora, C Magazine amongst many others. Bring us in to your special event and we'll take your guests on a culinary adventure!My role has been focused on developing our website, running our marketing and business development, implementing lean operations in the kitchen, and developing an account-based sales process (and all relevant IT).

Project was named a finalist for "Procurement Excellence" by Procurement Leaders magazine- Helped Iron Mountain identify and develop a new product in pathology estimated at >$20M annual revenue- Helped United Rentals to scale a lean operations initiative to hundreds of branches nationwide. Initiative has announced 3 year target of $100M in efficiencies. Working on a few entrepreneurial initiatives focused on improving decision-making and follow-through. Unfortunately, this effort has been put on hold due to the uncertainties around federal Health Reform.I've spent a whirlwind period exploring the structure of the current systems, incentives of existing players, market failures around value-driven care, and innovation across multiple health segments.My job is to engage with leading stakeholders, thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs as we design a $10M+ Healthcare X PRIZE where players can demonstrate a significant improvement in the health status of a community.
