Project/Process Management: As a project manager, playing a multifaceted role throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Driving & managing the product launch processes & collaborating with business owners & stakeholders such as product development, sales, marketing & operations to develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with the project/product's objectives. Documenting & reporting the project status (project direction, release plans, resources, scope, development, testing, technical issues, customer satisfaction etc.) of assigned projects on all key metrics (KPIs). Working as a voice of customer & providing regular update to all the stakeholders during weekly/monthly project reviews meeting, project gate reviews and checkpoints calls. Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Ensures that all Scrum events (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) are effectively organized, conducted, and productive. Removing any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress & coaches the team members on Agile and Scrum principles, helping them understand and apply the Scrum framework effectively. Business UAT/SMOKE Testing- Working in partnership with the IT QA team ensuring all QA scenarios & acceptance/exit criteria’s have been addressed & tested. Performing business UAT & collaborating with business owners & SMEs to ensure that all the test data, scripts & necessary accesses are in place to participate in UATs before providing sign off for the production deployments. Stakeholder Management: Working in partnership with engineering, Sales & marketing, product & pricing; VMware channel partners, and various business teams across locations for the project planning; designing roadmap & implementations of sales/renewal processes, procedures & strategies for the successful launch of new VMware’s products, services & projects.

Operational Support Supporting licensing model of VMware's products and services by working through “Quote to Cash” process using Oracle applications; SFDC; My VMware portal; BI tool and various reports. Working closely with IT, Product development, Projects and other business teams across locations for the testing; implementations; designing process, procedures & strategies for the successful launch of new VMware’s products and services. Providing a timely, accurate, and quality resolution on all support requests & queries based on different issues related to VMware licenses; products and Services. Assisting different internal teams like Order Management; Renewal; Sales; Quoting; Revenue, IT & Deal Desk in booking Orders through Oracle database. Providing a high level of expertise on complex data issues related to various transactions, VMware licensing, product fulfillment, product upgrades etc. Stakeholder Engagement Building and maintaining healthy professional relationships with our stakeholders across locations by providing them continuous analysis & feedback on the existing process & recommendation of process improvements & optimization opportunities. Conducting refresher/ trainings for our stakeholders across the global to bridge the gaps in the existing process and looking for the opportunities to standardize the processProcess; Communication & Training as SME As a part of PCT (Process; Communication & Training), monitoring all the process changes in the business; defining process mapping; creating process documents and logical flows and uploading on our SFDC Solution before sending the communication to our global Ops team.
