Implementing Lean Manufacturing Tools and Redesign Work Flow in Paver Assembly Line- Conducted time study and motion study of existing design to calculate cycle time and fix takt time at every station- Identified bottlenecks and use lean manufacturing tools to eliminate wastes- Created Standard operating sequence & standard operating procedure- Created Yamazumi Charts to balance workload in the proposed design and ensured safety measures in every stage

Bought out parts Development and Purchase – Stamping / Pressing and Sheet metal parts- Floating RFQs, consolidate, negotiate and implement commercial contracts on bought out parts- Responsible for development cycle, ECN handling and commercial point of contact for suppliers- Implementing key procurement strategies and contingency plans and purchase budget /spend monitoring- Work with ER&D, NP and Quality department to develop parts as per project requirement- Technology experience in SAP, PLM and MIS preparation
