I have gained experience in functions like as OEE, Lean manufacturing, 5S, etc. Developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives to propel the achievement of manufacturing goals and objectives and realize exceptional improvements in productivity and efficiency; managing order plans, quality standards, production schedules and training.My proven dedication to optimizing manufacturing process success and workforce management, along with my superior time management and leadership skills, will contribute immensely to the success of your company. Co-ordinate with clients for business development, technical discussions for turnkey projects.Working on the designs for projects with BOQ, estimations, etc.Finalizing orders/negotiations.Managing the suppliers for procurement of material at the lowest rates.Once the project is handed over to the execution team, keeping a tab on the progress as per scheduleplanned, discussions with client for any changes in the planning, designs etc.Analyzing the completed/ongoing projects for efficiency, management level, cost cutting methods, reductionin wastage to increase profitability while trying to deliver the best possible results technically and safely.
