Carrying out interpretation of Radiography, Ultrasonic test, MPT, LPT,VT. Certification of ASNT Level II (NDE) including VT, UT, LPT, & MPT. Carrying out stage wise inspection of Equipment (From Raw material Inspection to Set up, Full welding /Hydro/Pneumatic & Final inspection) as per QAP.  Understanding the drawings, identifying the weld joints, materials required and work scope. Preparation of quality assurance plan (QAP), inspection test plan (ITP), quality control plan (QCP). Checking the calibration certificates of the welding machines, Measuring instrument, Gauges and welding accessories.etc. Carry out visual inspection of welded joints (including dimensional aspect) also witness of mechanical & chemical testing at Laboratory. Preparing and maintaining inspection reports & records for final project documentation. Preparation of SOP and approval and revision of SOP/tracking of SOP, record. Review and approval of QA validation documents. Client Support for site documentation requirements. Arrange Kick off for new project handover for supply PO and share MOM and follow up. Training of new join for QA and internal trainings regarding Safety /validation/Documentation.
