Knowledge in SCM - Logistics And Export and Import:EXPORT: Sale order creation in SAP (SAP report preparation and forward to INDIC Planning department) Customer invoice preparation.. Coordinate with Store team for packing list. Advance License Debit as per description  DEEC preparation (Duty Exemption Entitlement certificate) For Export Clearance Supporting Docs preparation.(SDF, EVD ,FEEMA) Coordinate with CHA for Vehicle pick from factory to airport or ICD. Prepare EWAY BILL FOR transportation. Coordinate with CHA for Clearance.  Coordinate with Forwarder for Bill of lading (LCL OR FCL) After getting AWB or Bill of lading share customer with invoice and packing list. Coordinate with CHA FOR ORIGINAL SHIPPING BILL (EC COPY AND EP COPY) EC copy forward to our Accounts department for Payment and EBRC. EP COPY for License closure. All Transport Bill and All CHA Service bill and Forwarder Bill verify as per docs. All service after verification submits to accounts with reporting manager approval. Daily Export Data update  Weekly Shipment dispatch and costing report maintain.Import : Before Lading The shipment in BLR AIRPORT OR ICD Getting Pre alert from forwarder (invoice and packing with AWB or BL and CAN) Verify the documents with our PO copy. Sending Duty Sheet with Advance details report for particular shipment. CHA will provide as per our sheet Checklist. Checklist Verfication and approve the same or any changes discuss and change the details (Like License details or Deception wrong in Checklist) CHA will file the BOE for the same.  Same we have to update in our Advance license report also. All Customs Process Completed means CHA will inform to PROVIDE E Way bill. Prepare E WAY Bill for Import shipment. Preparing DC & E -Sugam copy. Invoice Generating and updating for material movements. Physical verification of Goods & Dispatch Goods. Daily shipment tracker.

Import  Coordinate with SCM team for shipment Lead time confirmation. Freight forwarding negotiation Freight approval report preparation for manager approval.  Advance Pre alert documents verification  Communicate and get invoice and packing list from supplier  Verifying the supplier invoice as per our PO Copy. As per Invoice INCO Terms basis nominate the Freight forwarder.  Fallow up with The Forwarder for ETD and ETA for the shipment. Fallow up with forwarder for advance Pre alert documents. Advance SEZ BOE Preparation and forwarding IDT Team for SEZ BOE. Pre alert documents with advance license details forward to our CHA FOR filling. Our CHA that documents basis prepare the Checklist and send back to me. That checklist we have to verify and instruct to file the BOE as per checklist if it’s any changes required means we have to get revised checklist and instruct to file the BOE in ICE Gate. If DTA Shipment The same BOE with Pre alert Documents and Po flow chart, Duty Sheet and Online duty Request Sheet to Our Accounts department for Duty E Payment. If it’s NON RMS or Query raised from the Customs means. We have to provide technical write up and catalogs and MRP declaration letter to customs. After Query answered BOE is going to release. That BOE with All supporting documents sending to accounts department for duty payment. After receiving the Duty paid challan BOE is Going to Examination  At the time of examination we have to provide the E Way bill.  CHA people arrange the Vehicle from Air Port to our factory. Clearance completed means we have to enter in the SAP updating.After clearing the Shipment All our nominated forwarder and CHA person service bills sending to me. We have to verifying the Documents and sending to accounts Department for payment purpose
