I have been an active practitioner of design and usability fundamentals with about 11+ years of experience and total about 18 years of experience in design.My recent experience is working closely with Product Management to understand customers UX need for upcoming and existing applications. I did head multi-disciplinary design team at Tavisca Technology and active part of their professional service to build business development.My work experience is in enterprise and consumer domain. My specialization in both these area is web. I have managed team that worked on thick and thin client for large and small enterprise. In one of the small project I had opportunity to work on IP telephony UX for SME.Proven competencies in upfront design, human factors and client account handling. Lead a team in India and offshore that involve in building web product and web services.I am a recognized Sec. 508 professional, have delivered awareness workshops to few MNC’s as a guest speaker.My early work experience was in creative media and post-production field where I explored client pre-press publishing and TV commercials for broadcast.
