Our Knowledge Management platform, Connectin, in use in over 40 large Multi lateral organizations and Government departments is based completely on Open Source. It leverages Cloud platforms, distributed knowledge acquisition, curation and dissemination, and allows organizations to spread knowledge in a scalable, secure and seamless manner, within or outside the enterprise.Our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics platform, PanBI, manages both traditional and more modern, non-transactional data like Social Media, Audio/Video content, logs and others; to give a unified dashboard. Leveraging Big Data, Data mining, Analytics and Visualization, PanBI provides our clients in Agribusiness, BFSI, FMCG and Government/Non Profits; ability to monitor not only business performance and nalyze it; but also to correlate it with other non-transaction data from a variety of sources. A customizable dashboard and configurable reports, ability to ingest data from multiple sources, and a wide variety of slice and dice, and visualization and geo-mapping options have been built to suit our client base.All of these are built on Open Source components, each reviewed, tested and curated by our team. Our team is also active on these Open Source projects, and have also contributed to these projects.This helps us build products that are reliable, scalable, secure and enterprise grade, providing high performance on standard servers and clients.

With modern IT, Security, Audio Visual and Building Management Systems and other myriad subsystems; are key to long term cost savings, as well as upkeep and profitability of these buildings.At Alpha Data, I was a member of a team that designed and managed the design of all electronic equipment for leading hotels built in the United Arab Emirates, part of major hotel chains of the world. From the IT infrastructure, to VOIP and Telephony, from Building Management Systems to Security and CCTV Systems; from Audio Visual equipment management to in-room lighting and climate controls - all these systems were designed and managed as a single infrastructure, working with each other.Designing, planning, overseeing implementation and installation within schedule and budget these systems expanded my horizons beyond just Information processing to the Internet of Things.
