I headed the Product Team and the Business Teams @ Cropin. Along with my team, I drove product ideation, design, development, launch; customer-engagement, adoption, scale up; AI/platform innovations at Cropin.I led a team of experts who drove the revisioning of Agri-Tech and Agri-Intelligence products for B2B and B2C customers across the globe. We worked towards accelerating the farming digitization, convergence of AI/ML, data science, satellite imagery, and remote sensing to re-imagine a truly futuristic tech-enabled agri-ecosystem worldwide. I had conceptualized, built and launched the Industry first Agri Intelligence Cloud at Cropin. I enabled position the Cropin Cloud across customers, achieved market fit and drove adoption.Along with my team, I had also enabled building AI enabled Agri-Intelligence product solutions for the varied personas in the agriculture ecosystem. This has been driving significant transformation across the industry in improving per acre value. I built a new Product line for Sustainable Agri Tech and Intelligence. I was Accountable for Org new businesses, renewals and scaleup and drove 3X revenue growth.

I Led the Microsoft Outlook products in India. I led a team of experts redefining the Mail, Calendar and Contacts experiences in Outlook across desktop, browser and mobile. I headed the E2E product development and strategy for ‘Outlook mobile web’ and ‘Microsoft Bookings’. I rebuilt the Outlook mobile web experience which has millions of monthly active users and drove 3X growth of users. I conceptualized and launched 3 new product lines for Outlook - the Outlook for KaiOS for feature phone users across the world, - the Outlook Lite for developing markets and - the Outlook browser extension in Edge to use Outlook when you are browsing.Similarly, I had built the Microsoft Bookings app E2E, across Web app, Teams app, mobile apps and API platform, and have launched it for Enterprises and Businesses, driving 18X YOY growth.I also led a team who worked on improving Outlook Desktop and Outlook platform.I drive a customer first product approach, understanding user needs via user research, use ‘Jobs-To-Be-Done’ Framework, ‘Diverge and converge’ on user experience concepts based on user testing and build our products by continuous iteration. I built a strong triad driven culture where there is collaborative ideation and product development.In my past roles at Microsoft,I owned the Enterprise features for O365 Groups where I conceived and launched premium offerings for O365 collaboration apps, bringing in 5+ million active users. I conceived and launched a new product for groups management in Outlook - The People and Groups Hub, with millions of active users.For the Windows Universal store, I built the Microsoft affiliates program for Developer Ad monetization, bringing in new customers to Microsoft Store and increasing the store revenue by millions. At Microsoft Display Ads team, I conceived a Universal booking tool to book ad campaigns across different Ad engines and across different revenue models CPA, CPC and CPM, with an impact of $5M cost savings.

I owned the program and product management for Amazon's advertising platform: Amazon Associates, for a team of 50+ engineers. I lead the team to launch affiliates program and portal for Amazon in India and Brazil. I have built the Member Referral program for Amazon which enables amazon users to earn referral bounty on purchases made by referees. This program was quite successful in EUR market driving significant $ revenue growth for amazon. I have also built the product architecture for the Globalized Amazon publisher platform.

In this role, I led a team of 60+ engineers including Product Managers, Designers, Business Analysts and Tech Leads. I built my team from scratch and groomed it to the largest team in the company. I built products for US Healthcare used by doctors and large hospitals.I introduced customer driven product development practices to the team, through which we built healthcare products that got high CSAT. Owing to these great products, we won $6M worth of projects for the company. In this role, I also worked on Pre-sales, Budgeting and Delivery Assurance of multi-disciplinary projects.

At Honeywell, I played multiple roles from a software developer to Tech Lead, to Project Leader/Software Engineering Manager through the years. I developed E2E software products/solutions and hosted them across Honeywell locations worldwide and have won patents for innovative solutions created. Have built software tools that can build the network for aircraft cockpit communication and built tools for load balancing aircraft for pilots. I built an E2E platform (DOGS) from scratch and deployed it across all global locations of Honeywell. This tool collated aircraft product design and test results across all production floors and helped experts track issues from a centralized website I had built.
