Key Responsibilities:1) Creative Agency Management: Working closely with creative agency for the social media content planning and brand management on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube.2) Digital Marketing Budget Management: Allocation of entire digital marketing budget on various channels based on the analysis to ensure maximum ROI with minimum spends are achieved.3) SEO Strategy : Working closely with SEO team for search engine optimization of website to drive maximum organic traffic to the website 4) Paid Media Performance Campaign Management : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote blood test at home service and wellness packages on various digital marketing channels like Google Search and Display, Email, SMS, Facebook, Native ads. Track keyword performance, impressions, CTR, CPC and CPA cost.5) Lead Generation: Generating quality and verified leads by executing campaigns on digital platforms like Google search (SEO & SEM ads), Facebook, Display ads.6) Digital Web Property Management: Managing company's website, creation of campaign landing pages, providing best user experience and content creation and addition of new features in co-ordination with the website tech team.7) Customer Lifecycle Management : Own customer base management, engagement with customer base through Emails, SMS, Newsletter campaigns using marketing automation tool.8) Content Marketing: Managing the content writers and gave guidelines to write SEO friendly, keyword rich content for better content optimization to improve organic traffic.9) Hyperlocal Strategy: Google hyperlocal strategy implementation to increase visibility of Metropolis stores in Google search to drive maximum enquires & business.10) Cross-Functional Department Coordination: Coordinating with CRM team, IT team and other 3rd party vendors for the implementation and execution of digital marketing strategies for the brand.
