ISG uses a strategic innovation practice to incubate great ideas, foster thought leadership, rapidly deliver new products, and increase market penetration. • Worked closely with C-level executives from 100+ companies across 16 key international markets, including all of the largest U.S. financial institutions, and positioned Experian as a leading technology company in the space. • Serve as a primary change agent throughout Experian by driving advanced technologies as a foundation for long-term growth. Led the migration of Experian’s core data assets to the cloud (AWS) and introduced leading-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Hadoop, DevSecOps, SRE, and cloud technologies to the credit bureau.

• Led all aspects of technology development, project management, technical consulting, client delivery, and support for Experian’s Decision Analytics division. Headed the design, build, testing, and delivery of a suite of eight products.• Managed an international team of eight direct reports, 200 cross-functional professionals. Recruited and hired a high-performance engineering team, drove the technical strategy and roadmap, and built a culture of engineering excellence.• Launched Experian’s first SaaS loan origination product line that generated over $25M in the first two years and played a pivotal role in driving YoY growth for the division. Architected a new API-based attribute and decisioning management solution that enabled cross-sell opportunities. • Transformed the organization to drive performance and reduce YoY operating costs by more than 40%. Held regular team innovation events, deployed Agile processes to accelerate product time to market, a follow-the-sun model to maximize production, and infrastructure initiatives that enabled virtualization and cloud computing. • Conducted M&A due diligence for an acquisition and led a large divestiture under aggressive timelines.

• Led the technical and enterprise architecture for all Decision Analytics products. Set the strategic direction, enterprise framework, roadmap, and standards to effectively build SaaS products at Experian. Managed six direct reports, a team of 60 Architects and Engineers.• Served as an advisor and consultant to customers on four continents, helped company leaders understand the product suite, and drove sales and services revenue. Led client facing solution architecture and provided technical consultations to support enterprise integration and the successful delivery of Experian products.
