Transitioned from the founder role at TowerStrides to join hands with @warrenbeck, Founder and President to enact his vision and objectives. RC4Vets was started by Warren after his service to this country and retiring from Dept of Veterans Affiars as IT manager. My focus in the organization will be similar to a Chief Growth Officer and will be working closely with the management on capture and growth within health care sector with specific focus on Veterans Affairs and CMS.

Created design object models from analysis model (using Rational Rose and Booch) and verified them for use cases and scenarios. Worked to finalize architecture, design and analysis, and held design reviews using UML, also set up testing strategy and plans.
