• Perform Quality Control check on the operations performed by the staff, prepare quality score cards and provide them with feedback.• Delivering required trainings and help the new hires/ trainees to come up the learning curve by providing in depth knowledge.• Resolving queries of team members/ new hires and help them to meet the process benchmarks/ requirements.• Escalating issues/questions related to the procedures to the counterparts (process owners) and getting them resolved.• Work on special projects/other duties as assigned by Manager/Management and report progress to agreed deadlines.• Answering the queries posted by Relationship Managers or the concerned party of customer and their facilities.

• Analyzing and understanding of various clauses in Loan Agreements.• Working on the fund requests from borrowers for various capital improvements, replacements, repairs, and structural changes made to the property over the loan term and reimbursing the funds for the same as per loan agreements and guidelines. • Interacting with the relationship managers and borrowers for any changes in loan documents and missing documentation.• Working on Word, SharePoint, Excel, and various other internal tools simultaneously to retrieve the accurate data and communicating with different internal departments for any additional information or approvals that enable the completion of borrower’s fund request.
