Key clients include Reliance India; , TCS among others.Responsibilities:Products Handled: Procurement of CRCA Sheet, PVC Lipping, Adhesives, Pain, Powder.Responsible for outsourcing materials of an average value of Rs. 30 cr per month which constitutes 35% of the total production along with dealing with all the purchasing and outsourcing activity of finished goods.Supervising and directing purchase functions such as product/service research, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation and purchase order completion.Planning and procurement of raw materials as and when needed. Receipt of F.G from six Production sections / vendors Expedited purchase orders by identifying and resolving vendor or shipment problemsEnsuring timely dispatch of the finished goods.Following up with customer complaints relating to construction and installation of site.Researching product market information relating to furniture, equipment and supply purchases and monitoring delivery schedules to insure material arrival on time.Follow up with vendors for FG and Semi Finish Goods.Salvage of Non moving and cancelled orders.Supervising team members' distribution center and constant follow-up with the vendors.Ensuring timely delivery of material through coordination with suppliers, transporters and other related agencies.Preparing PO, PO amendments, releasing vendor supply schedules in system, preparing sales orders etc.Responsible for ISO documentation.

Responsible for all business development activities and vendor development throughout Madhya Pradesh.Responsible for Containerized transportation of P&G for northern India.
