Work Details:*Diving Systems Design & Manufacturing, Pressure Vessel manufacturing projects, Project managements, Offshore structural System manufacturing, Marine Systems manufacturing, Diving System Survey, Vessel Mobilization Project , Diving System functional Dive test Inspection.*Hydraulic System Design, Inspection & Testing.*Lifting Equipment testing & Lifting Appliance testing & Evaluation.*Fabrication of Offshore Cylinder Quads, offshore Container Fabrication & load testing (as per DNV 2.7-1/EN 12079).PRODUCTION & FABRICATION.➢ Quality Engineering of Pressure vessel as per ASME Section VIII, PVHO-1 & PD5500.➢ Quality Management & documentation of U Stamped, PVHO-1 Stamped & ABS Classed Pressure vessels.➢ Preparation of PQR & WPS and qualification of Welders,➢ Welding inspection and welder evaluation,➢ NDT review based on the ITP.➢ RT interpretation & UT witnessing➢ Preparation of standard operating procedures for the department,➢ Preparation of ITP, Testing procedures, and standards for the products.➢ Diving System P&ID & supervisory system drawings & design evaluation based on the requirement.➢ Coordinating with Class & third party inspection (ABS, DNVGL, LR etc.)➢ Assistance in concept design development and design informationDIVING EQUIPMENT.➢ Diving System Design Auditing as per IMCA D 023, IMCA D024, IMCA D037 & IMCA D040, IMCA D053.➢ Saturation Diving System, Air diving System, Mix gas diving System & portable diving system Inspection and documentation as per IMCA D018 & Related Industrial Standards.➢ Awareness on IMCA Design requirements, IMCA D-18 IMCA D010, IMCA D014 IMCA D022.➢ Awareness on Hyperbaric evacuation and hyperbaric reception facilities.➢ HRF planned maintenance certification and management.➢ Thermal balance testing procedure Preparation, project Co-ordination & reporting.➢ Preparation of ABS & DNV classed Diving system design requirement, design submittal and followups

NATURE OF JOB Project management and Quality Engineering of Piping system Read and study the P&ID and Isometric drawings for piping and support execution department to identify the requirement Co-ordinate with execution department for implementing the Quality procedures. Identifying the quality requirements on different stages of manufacturing like fit Up, welding , NDT & final testing and acceptance as per the ITP provided by Reliance and ASME B 31.3 Incoming inspection of materials free issued by Reliance Refinery. Verification &Application of WPS&PQR. Follow up the piping works to complete as per schedule and approved drawings  Review and audit the Internal Procedures  Check the weld radiographs, forward it to consultant and client and interact with their engineers for getting approvals from them.  Examination of welder qualification & certification along with client QC.  Preparation of Quality Documentation and Attending the Audits. Attending and closing of NCR and Punch points. Arranging testing and inspection and co ordinate with client
