Creating the largest B2B distribution network across country focused on urban & rural coverage enabled with technology, robust supply chain, merchandising & sales operations. Leading all the functions for field operations, responsible for PnL & driving productivity.Worked with Nature's Basket Ltd. as Vice President & Business Head, leading all functions & driving initiatives to establish the brand as a customer experience centered profitable business with a strong omni-channel presence.Earlier with Walmart India as VP-Sales & Operations KDP (Kirana Development Program), responsible for creating an asset light & tech enabled B2B eco-system to serve Kirana stores profitably & to acquire majority counter share.Before moving into KDP, I was Vice President-Operation (North, Central & Western India) responsible for overall business of 13 Cash n Carry stores & had complete responsibility of PnL.Prior to getting promoted, I was Market Manager for Punjab & Jammu market & before that worked as Store Manager of the largest Walmart Store in India in Zirakpur (Chandigarh) in North India. I was also responsible for setting up & starting Central India operations of Walmart India in Bhopal.Earlier with Aircel Ltd. (part of Maxis Communications, Malaysia), played a key role as Head of Preferred Partner Channel by setting up the channel in Mumbai Circle.Prior to this, I was with Reliance Retail (India's largest Business house & Retail group), where I was part of the initial set up team & managed multiple stores-small format Convenience stores & Hypermarket & was instrumental in increasing the profitability of stores.I have also worked with Pantaloon Retail (India largest Retail group) where I was heading the flagship Hypermarket called Big Bazaar- Sahara Mall, Gurgaon.As a Market Manager in Walmart have received "Market Manager of the Year 2013 & 2017" award & as a Store Manager have received several awards: Best Store, Highest AES (Associate Engagement Score), Lowest Shrink, Store of the Community, this is apart from multiple other awards received during my career. I have also been nominated from India for Walmart’s top Global Future Leadership Program “Ascent” in 2019.
