I started my career as a teacher and had a continual growth to Principal position. I am a distinguished teacher and always derived to the solution of any kind of problems through critical thinking skills. I am an excellent instructional leader and a good clinical observer. I successfully implemented systems for the growth of the students through their academic improvement and personality development by designing a productive and balanced curriculum. I strongly involved Parents in the growth of their children as well as school. I am able to manage the time during the day knowing my priorities. I have a good experience in managing various events related to student's growth within the budget without compromising the quality. I believe and develop an excellent leadership team devoted to the school with the feeling of belonging.
