Current• Oversee the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.• Actively engage with client Points of Contact (POCs), building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.• Handling multiple Payroll and Non-Payroll clients, efficiently coordinating onboarding activities, meeting deadlines, and adhering to specific client requirements.• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of onboarding strategies to meet the company's goals.• Driving the Onboarding team, providing leadership and guidance, and fostering a motivated and productive work environment.• Deliver onboarding processes within the timeline, ensuring an efficient and timely integration of new employees into the organization.• Maintaining the workforce and optimizing staffing levels to meet the demands of the onboarding workload and ensure operational excellence.• Efficiently managing client audits for the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and meeting the highest industry standards.• Partnering with business leaders to make sure that all the employee grievances/issues are resolved who are working at client site.
