• Led Mechanical design & development of a state-of-the-art High Frequency - HV New Product Plasma Electro-Mechanical Ignition & Exhaust Powertrain Component, from initial concept to fruition.• Analyzed 3D Flow analysis using ANSYS Fluent/CFX to understand the hydrodynamics and Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT), and Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) to determine the Heat Transfer and temperature contour. • Developed a HV electro-mechanical connector/cable to carry 40kV pk-pk voltage in high temperature environment. • Hands-on experience in building a high-level Heat Transfer and CFD model based on the First Principle and optimizing the Design/Solution with few available variables (input and boundary conditions). • Developed fixtures and assembly processes (stamping, injection molding, brazing, metallization, heat bonding) to test, diagnose, and validate the prototype proof of concept and deliver a working model for customer testing. • Performed Root Cause Analysis and generated DFMEA reports for the customers.
