• Handling end to end process of Exit and Full & final settlement• Own the process of leave and Attendance Management• Accountable for Payroll inputs of the business unit partnering with the payroll POC & HRBPs and ensuring employee salaries are paid accurately and as per the company’s policy• Handling induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners• Handling employees background verification and Ex-employment verification• Handling probation confirmation process• Maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information• HR Analytics: Preparing regular reports (MIS) for management viz. Head-count Reconciliation, attrition analysis, turnover analysis, Hiring trend, employee satisfaction survey, etc• Handling HR letters like Increment Letters, Promotion Letters, warning letters, relieving letters, Offer letters, etc• Recruitment coordination: Helping recruitment team by coordinating with the recruitment agencies on requirements, processing business contract agreements and invoices• Helping in Employee Pulse/Engagement surveys - Connect with Employees, help HRBPS run the interventions• Maintaining insurance records and guiding employees to avail the medical benefits• Updating the HR calendar with important dates• Co-ordinating for Org announcements and internal audits• Working with the internal HR team to improve the efficiency of HRIS• Helping for rewards and recognition process• Ensure timely processing of employee claims/reimbursements under various employee benefit schemes like PF, ESI, Maternity benefits• Assisting in Employee Engagement activities• Ensuring timely responses for all queries and where required following up with vendors or escalating to the respective stakeholders
