• Co-ordinate with project developers regarding work progress, architectural & other service requirements.• Brief the clients regarding the design, architectural details and discuss & resolve issues in project execution.• Preparation of tender drawings and drawings register. Monitor the preparation of tender documents as per the QA/QC system established.• Perform weekly site inspections, checking & attend weekly site meetings.• Coordinate with other project consultants, i.e. structural consultants, MEP consultants, Interior design consultants, landscape consultants etc. for preparation of fully coordinated drawings• Check consultant’s drawings with regards to architectural drawings and details.• Coordinate with the design team to incorporate the necessary changes and alterations according to the site conditions and requirements. Ensure the changes are implemented at site.

Ensure the changes are implemented at site.• Preparation of interior layouts and RCP during design phase and review of shop drawings in the construction phase.• Maintain updated drawings register during the entire phase of the Project.• Interact with site engineers & supervisors regards to their queries & clarifications.• Prepare and carry out project presentations using Adobe photoshop and power point . • Prepare necessary coordination drawings in Auto Cad.• Prepare execution drawings and working drawings.• Prepare 3D models in Sketch Up.• Discuss various risk elements and mitigation strategies involved in the project during team review meetings. Track and monitor project progress as per timelines in the project schedule.
