In his current role overseeing the office of global solutions & offerings (GSO) for Randstad Digital, Vijay is strengthening the ecosystem that provides consistent speed and quality of how proposal value is delivered to customers. He works across APAC, Europe and the Americas, collaborating with sales, marketing and product management with a strategic focus on building methodologies for offerings through standardization in market research, account intelligence, presales, bid management, commercial models, innovation in solutioning for RFP and offering capabilities in a dynamic environment.
