Key achievements and deliverables include:> Delivered savings of 12% on expenditure of £12M+ via facilitated savings, volume discounts and negotiated costs. > Project management support of a major project in the team: a re-assessment of the design supplier base of several hundred. This resulted in a lean supplier base and refreshing the approved supplier list to deliver appropriate skills matrix, quality and value for money for BT Group.
