Situated in Northeast Calgary, Commonwealth Centre is a modern, versatile facility that I led from inception to completion. The 30,000 square foot space can accommodate a wide range of events, including meetings, tradeshows, conferences, concerts, weddings, sporting events, and automobile launches, with the flexibility to be divided into six configurations. I managed every aspect of the project, from its modular design to the state-of-the-art kitchen where our culinary team prepares all food and beverages. Additionally, we introduced innovative technology to the hospitality industry to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience, ensuring a seamless and successful launch.

As Director of Operations at Panarim Developments, I took a hands-on approach to overseeing construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules. I collaborated closely with vendors and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to keep projects on track and materials arriving punctually.
